Q&A
Clozd: Hey everyone. I'm Cam England. I've been on the sales team here at Clozd for about six years, and over that time I've had the opportunity to interact with a lot of great organizations and see a lot of great win-loss programs take flight. And today we're going to walk through one of the newest tools that we're going to be releasing here soon, which is Ask Clozd.
So Ask Clozd is our GenAI engine that's going to sit on top of the Clozd platform and makes it incredibly easy to really dig in and get into the nuance of what it is that is being captured and being uncovered through a win-loss program. And where this has a lot of value is both from a time saving perspective where you can hop right in and ask the specific questions that you have, and it also ensures that information doesn't fall through the cracks. When it comes to win-loss programs, especially as they become more and more mature and robust and more and more feedback is collected, there can be some information. If you think about these rich qualitative interviews that are being conducted with your buyers, there can be the propensity for some information to fall through the cracks.
And what AI allows us to do is making sure that we're always conducting a very comprehensive analysis of all of the feedback that's being collected from buyers and from customers. So today we're going to take just a couple of minutes. We're going to demonstrate the product, we're going to feed it a couple of prompts, and we're going to see what sort of feedback it's able to deliver back to us. So as we pull up the platform here, we'll get Ask Clozd started, and we're going to start and ask why are we losing our EMEA enterprise deals to see what sort of answers we can get.
So you can see how powerful this can be when, especially for mature programs that have a good amount of data here within the Clozd platform. By feeding some simple prompts, we can sift through all of the different opportunities where feedback has been collected and get some really nuanced answers to some of these specific questions. Now we can get a little bit more tailored, and let's say that I am a sales enablement manager or maybe a VP of sales, and I want to take a look at where can we perform better from a sales enablement standpoint or maybe look for some specific coaching opportunities based on the feedback that we're hearing directly from our buyers. Now, the thing to remember here, and again where this is so powerful is all of this feedback is coming directly from our buyers. So it's an unbiased source of information that is going to give us, in this case, very clear candid feedback as to where our sales reps are or aren't performing great.
And it's going to sift through all of the data that's been collected so that we don't have to spend all that manual time digging through individual interviews or surveys. Now, as you can imagine, win-Loss programs, or as you may have seen, win-loss programs produce a lot of really great competitive intelligence. A lot of great information as it relates to what we're seeing within the market from other vendors. Ask Clozd is going to be a great tool to help stay on top of, well, what are we seeing from other vendors that maybe we want to consider incorporating into our own product roadmap?
So again, there we have five great examples of what it is we're seeing from our competitors where they maybe have a competitive advantage where we may be losing to them for specific reasons that as a product manager or as a sales leader that's going to be having some product discussions with our product or engineering team, I can substantiate all of these requests or suggestions through this buyer feedback that Ask Clozd is easily serving up to us. And as one final example, let's say I am a marketing leader, segmentation messaging has been top of mind. Let's see how that's been coming up in recent analysis or recent opportunities. So we're super excited about Ask Clozd. We think it's going to be a huge asset to our customers as they make sure that they're capturing the full value of their win-loss program, that they're making sure that they're able to walk a mile in their buyer shoes and figure out what needs to happen in order for them to win more.
